        • Quyen expressed need to obtain more funding for the chapter. We are bleeding money and each meeting the chapter loses money (as you can see from above). Only Tacoma has paid for membership dues and meals in advance (for entire year). Still waiting on other jurisdictions to pay membership dues.
          • Gabriel indicated there might be about 30 memberships from Seattle that will be paying dues.
          • Gabriel expressed desire to raise dues to $100/year for membership dues.
            • Quyen caution that WABO only charges $150 and Region II only charges $75.00. For a small local chapter to charge $100 might cause some folks to not join.
            • Quyen indicated in 2022 the membership voted to raise the membership dues from $20 to $30 and each meetings to be from $20 to $25.
            • We can evaluate this near the end of the year with Gabriel discussing possibility with leadership in Seattle on what cost the city can support.
      • Gabriel made a motion for $1,200 technology fee to purchase a surface and carrying case. Confirmed the motion must be made by the membership floor.
        • Yavita made motion to approve $1,200 technology cost to provide chapter a MS Surface
          • Modified to add $200 for extended warranty if Inspection Director of Seattle (Sam Steele) is
